How much does shipping cost me?

That's a very good question. I'll explain it to you below...

Our shipping costs are based on the value of your order. That's easy peasy lemon squeezy to keep track of. The reason is that we need larger packages and more packing materials the bigger your order gets. Still, we mostly absorb the cost ourselves. We figured: shared pain is half the pain.

Here's our fabulous price table:

- For orders up to €6.00, shipping costs only €1.49
- For orders from €6.01 to €10.00, shipping costs €3.90
- For orders from €10.01 to €59.99, shipping costs €4.90
- From €60.00 on, shipping is free

These are the prices within Germany. Deliveries to other countries naturally cost a bit more. You'll get exact information when you fill your cart, go to checkout and enter your desired delivery address. Your calculated shipping costs will of course be shown to you transparently before you complete your order.

How is your order shipped?

We send your order within 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed. Our busy pandas need that time to lovingly make and pack your order. Did you know we don't keep products in stock? They are actually made especially for you in northern Germany.

When it comes to packaging, we make an effort to save on plastic. Our packing rule: as much as necessary, as little as possible. Top priority is, of course, that your order arrives with you unharmed. But there's no need to overdo the packaging waste...

How long does shipping take?

It of course depends on what you ordered. Small items like postcards or keyrings we send via Deutsche Post. That shipping takes 1-2 days until your order is waiting to be retrieved in your mailbox. Parcels and packages we send with DHL, and they take 2-3 days to deliver your package.

Where do we deliver?

We ship our cute products worldwide. So as long as you can manage to click through the German-language menu, nothing stands in the way of shipping to the other side of the world....
